# Retargeting

Retargeting allows you to reconnect with guests who have previously stayed at your properties by sending messages with special offers and other property recommendations.

### **Recommend Similar Properties**

You can suggest a custom amount of similar properties that are available within two weeks of their stay of the prior year within an specific distance from their previous stay.&#x20;

### **Timing of Retargeting Message**

Set the time in which Besty will send out the retargeting message, we recommend 9 months after to give the guest enough notice to plan their stay.&#x20;
