Retargeting allows you to reconnect with guests who have previously stayed at your properties by sending messages with special offers and other property recommendations.
You can suggest a custom amount of similar properties that are available within two weeks of their stay of the prior year within an specific distance from their previous stay.
Set the time in which Besty will send out the retargeting message, we recommend 9 months after to give the guest enough notice to plan their stay.
Provide a custom offer code such as "WELCOMEBACK", which guest can use to receive a discount if you choose to offer one.
