The Inquiry Winback feature automatically engages guests who have shown interest in your property but have not completed a booking, effectively trying to "Winback" Inquiries from potential guests. For example, potential guest messeges a question such as "Does this property have a coffee machine?" and Besty or you reply with "Yes we have the Coffee Maker 3000." After the last host message Inquiry Winback will automatically send followups to capitalize on the guest interest.

Create custom messages that will automatically be sent at predetermined time after the host's last reply. For example:
30 minutes after last host message: "Just checking if you need any information or have any other questions?"
120 minutes after last host message: "If you're still interested we would be happy to offer a 10% discount on your stay. let us know your thoughts!"
